Victor Harbor Gymnastics offers a variety of classes catering to different age groups and skill levels. Typically, their programs include:

Recreational Gymnastics:

Classes for school-aged children focusing on fundamental gymnastics skills in a supportive environment.

Competitive Gymnastics:

Training for those interested in competing, with a focus on skill development and performance.

Gymnastics for Preschoolers:

Fun and engaging classes for toddlers and preschoolers to develop basic motor skills and coordination.

Seasonal Adult/ Specialty Gymnastics:

Classes designed for those looking to improve their fitness, flexibility, and gymnastics skills

Play gym & pre gym

Motor Skill Development: Kinder-Gym emphasises basic physical skills such as balance, coordination, agility, and strength, helping children build a solid foundation for future sports and activities.

Social Skills: Children learn to interact with peers, take turns, and work as a group, fostering social development and teamwork.

Parental Involvement: encourage parents or caregivers to participate, helping children feel more secure and supported as they explore new movements and environments.

Fun: Recreational gymnastics is designed to be enjoyable, allowing participants to engage in playful activities that make learning new skills exciting and rewarding.

WAG competetive

Women’s Artistic Gymnastics, is a discipline of gymnastics that involves a series of events that showcase strength, flexibility, balance, and artistry.

Athletes train for the following apparatus: Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam and Floor.

Our Competitive athletes train three times a week; Mondays, Wednesdays & Saturdays.

Entry into the Competitive Program is via Come-and-Try sessions, these are advertised twice a year via websites and socials links. Some skills pre-requisites apply.
